The Stream

The Stream

It starts on a mountain way up high

Near the top, close to the sky

Gravity pulls it down along the side

It meanders, turns and tries to hide

Now it rushes much more wide

It is now a glittering, shimmering stream in all of it’s pride

In the valley it joins the river and hits it’s stride
