The Stranger I Love

I wander in your love and wonder whether I'm loved Your words are like thunder with a sound so deafening I couldn't truly decipher Like a rain that drown me To the flood of nowhere Your embrace is cold as cadaver Your caress is like an insensitive zombie Your heartbeat is coated with lethargy like a sleeping lifeless mummy At the back of my innocent mind A mysterious thought haunts me Whether you love me for what I have And never for who and what I am Fear voraciously devouring me Trembling that one day I will wake up And see you as a total stranger to me.
