The Starving Child's Story

Don't pretend, I don't exist
Look at my body
Look into my face
This is my story
This is my life
This is reality
Don't run, don't hide
Don't pass me by
Look into my eyes
Every tear has its story
Wait don't close that gate
I haven't ate, all I ask is that
You stop and full my plate.
