The Spring Dance
Rhododendron dress themselves
for the gala of spring color,
azaleas arrive, and cherry blossoms
join the dance, while soft breezes
play music in keys of warm
spring sunshine.
Daffodils are never wallflowers,
magnolia trees are there to watch
like sweet chaperones when Spring
comes alive for me and you.
