The Sound of You

sometimes I let the words flow by
just hearing your voice
not so much the story
but the look on your face
as you tell the tale
wait, wait you say
it gets better
home is filled
with the sounds of you

I like the way you capture your vantage point of listening to the speaker. Sometimes the mannerisms are better than the words. TL
