Night walk in Prague, Czech republic, Europe

Like the note she let fall her heart is torn With the downpour she weeps while far away on streets where hell rained down Night is reborn blood on slick stones now washed from where he lay! Written 8/20/2015 by Andrea Dietrich For the Visual of a Verso Poetry contest of nette onclaud

This is beautiful, Andrea. Just this morning I was trying to write about Arlington National Cemetery, but I couldn't find an original angle. You did!

Oh, woman!! Or....should I say, Marilyn Monroe! You lucky woman you! That's some interpretation of the pics. I tried so hard for this contest, but I'm afraid I had to throw in the towel...It just wouldn't flow. This is a really job you did here. Getting that ally in was the hard part for me. ;) Thank you for all the visits today. You gave me joy. Hugs...

Strong, deep and a sad reflection of reality . War had so many left dead , lost, alone , saddened and in misery. Blood sacrifice always a darkness that hits more than just its victim! This poem packs a few tons in its brevity. A great feat methinks. A7 my friend.
