The Sky Is On Fire

The Sky is on Fire this night. Bright stars sprawl, east to west. Mesmerising balls of flames, So high up in that deep, black space. I sit here in the cool, night air. Watch as the moonlight shimmers. I'm surrounded by darkness, Yet so captivated by light. Leaves shuffle in the breeze, Echoing through the valley. I hear the gentle flow of water, From the star speckled river. A special moment in nature, No camera can replicate. Breathe in the peacefulness, Let it calm me down inside.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
