1. CELESTIAL 2. BESMIRCH 3. PINION 4. THROES 5. SOJOURN 6. LISSOME 7. FIRMAMENT 8. REPOSE.
HE had just completed the FIRMAMENT
and everything CELESTIAL
The vegetational implements
and the living things beastial --
When the creature most LISSOME
Within skin the most handsome
Enticed the first humans
To partake fruit forbidden.
Then, Adam and Eve, in the THROES
of their sin, could no more REPOSE
in the Garden that was Eden
And were summarily sent forth
to SOJOURN the vast Earth.
And the snake, justly BESMIRCHED,
was evermore PINIONED to turf!
