The Silver Moon

The silver moon
permeates its fluorescence
whilst dissipating the dark.

Gliding quietly
through crooked branches,
pauses and whispers
to the hushed leaves.

The leaves do rustle
by swaying sides
to show their glee.

The moon confers its
coolness to them.
Perhaps, the same is outspread
for us as cool shade.
