The Silent Man

Wind blows but silent still shows birds fly with there flapping wings but silent still shows sunsets on crashing waves of ocean but silent still shows smiling laughter of loving and family get together's but silent still shows crying and sad emotions weeping silent still shows music for claps of happiness silent still shows loving my mother always but still silent shows stars and moon above my silent always shows.

Hey guys, this poem is about my late cousin, he couldn't speak because he was autistic. Though words wasn't his way of expressing, his eyes/ears/hands/heart speaks on the same level if not more. He passed away around 4 years ago, he was in his early 30's. I writ this for his mother and hesitated to share it with the world. Glad some of you liked it though :-)

Is this the silence of emptiness? No response to what is going on? Is this another state of a lost mind? The echoes are there.
