The Silencing of Ben

The headline news this morning read
Ben's tolling drones will be shut down
while workers clean the cogs in his head
He might even get turned upside down

Old Ben will be out of ringing commission
for four years there will be peace and quiet
No gongs will be ringing in noisy emission
Ben's being put on a needed silence diet
