The Shy Elf

Santa's favorite elf, sat on the shelf, He had pointed elf ears and a cute elf costume. The elf was as shy as can be, One day Santa choose the elf. To be the lead in the workshop, Guiding all the elves. Making presents for the boys and girls, The toy train and the doll. He was even chosen to sit in Santa's sled, He would help him distribute the presents to the children. The presents were wrapped carefully, There were the reindeer to guide the sleigh. Now that he was chosen for this great honor, He was no longer was shy. The elf remembered Christmas Day, The parents and children gathered around the Christmas tree.
