The Show Goes On Manchester Arena

Just got back from Manchester Arena Went to go and see Depeche Mode live in Concert In what was only a few months back A suicide bombers graveyard A crime scene for taken departed teens But tonight the only screams Were of unbridled joy I only pray the dead can hear That they still live in here And feed off the love Of the fan's and band who play Every clapping hand stomping foot I hope they approve I hope they have found peace I hope they look over the living I hope they are in paradise I hope it was worth your sacrifice I hope you enjoyed tonight as much as I did The show must go on And your memory will never be gone

oh Wow Chris it must have been such an incredible night for so many reasons and this is an emotional tribute to those who lost their lives but also so uplifting that people will stand together and are determined that they will continue and not let the tragedy stop them . I would have loved to have been there I loved Depeche Mode I bet you just couldn't get enough of them:-) I'm seeing the Human League next year - same era and to me the music was the best from those years :-) hugs Jan xx

They are playing on the IOM but not till next year - i agree 80's music was the best. I used to go to lots of gigs when we lived in the UK... best gig ever Knebworth 1986 when Queen headlined - i won tickets on a radio competition it was AWESOME!!:-) hugs jan xx

Human League are brilliant as well 80 music is the best by far. Are they going to the Isle of Man or are you going to see them elsewhere

Cheers Jan It was amazing I absolutely love them i am not a big music buff but Depeche Mode are the best live act I have ever seen. It was a bit surreal given the setting but that only gave it more poignancy lest we forget that which brings us together makes us stronger.Everything counts in large amounts like Love
