The Shinning

The Shinning was a movie
I watched it on t.v.
The movie was long
A movie from the book
Written by Steven King
First I read thebook
From cover to cwith me
Since I HAVE READ THIS BOOKover
Even when in be
I could not put it down
When my drooped
I was in deep sleep
So I dreamt of the book
The pages i read
In sleep I was there
Seeing everything
One scene stays with me
Since I read this book
A scene that scares me
All this time that passed
When I ponder it
I awake in my dream
For no reason at all
Only to go to the window
To stare at the black sky
With the pericing red eyes

Me too, haven't read the book, watched the film on tv, didn't enjoy it, but I can understand why it would give some folk nightmares!

Yes it does give some people the nightmares. I like Stephen King's books. Reading a good horror now then is enjoyable. Have a nice day my friend.
