The Shade At Night

Sitting in the shade at night...
                                          Peeled back dreams to see what's right...
                                            Heart shaped raindrops falling softly...
                                          Caught in my hand and held thoughtfuly...
                                             Left over showers to cleanse my soul...
                                          Discolored skylines that are painted bold...
                                             Hugging words that seem so bright...
                                                   Sitting in the shade at night...
