The Setting Sun

I told myself I'd find a way
To chase the sun all night and day
It's so beautiful to me
So very beautiful to me

I don't know how far I'd go
To find a way just to flow
Through these memories
That are simmering

At the end I know you'll be there
So graceful and fair
You're so beautiful to me
So very beautiful to me

And I can feel the setting sun
Telling me I'm almost done
Telling me you're so very near
And suddenly my deepest fear

What if you aren't even here
Maybe the moon will shed a tear
I don't know how far I've come
I only know where I'm from

I told myself I'd find a way
To chase the sun all night and day
Through these memories
That are simmering

I don't know how far I'd go
To find a way just to flow
It's so beautiful to me
So very beautiful to me

At the end I know you'll be there
So graceful and fair
You're so beautiful to me
So very beautiful to me

So sweet that your deepest fear is that the sun will not be there for you, and I feel the sun is a special person indeed!
