The Serial Killer
The Serial Killer (Duplex)
Daily
he waits
for night
to come
and then,
shrouded
in pitch
darkness
or pale
moonlight,
he goes
in search
of prey
striking
swiftly
without
mercy.
His needs
appeased,
the great
horned owl
puts his
conscience
to rest.
Remorse?
He does
not give
a hoot.
