The Self-Inviting Guest

If the two of you agree
The self-invited guest is free
To enter into hearts
And a miracle starts!
Who is it; Who is the One
All strife and striving shun?
Our minds see the wisdom, truth and light
The request is made and it is right;
A deep desire and a plea
To forget the questions, the fear, to flee
Into the Eternal Arms,
To rest from all alarms.
Relief, peace and joy come too
As this self-invited guest comes to you.
The only True-Love is there,
Your burdens to bear.
Eternal Creator God, Jesus His Son
Enter and all is One.
