The Selfie Fool
Walking along the busy street
the crowds mingle so fully free
attention grabbers out in force
camera's at the ready all to see
Nowadays mobile phones do everything
even taken a picture is all the rage
clickety click non stop all the time
our grandparents would think it strange
But now there's new modern trend
take a picture of yourself, you mean me!
hold it at your front turn it around
press it with finger it's you no fee!
This smacks of arrogance so full
little old me I really love so much
such foolishness filling one's self
no humility there not even a touch
Do these selfies know they've one life
only one to live here and then they die
next comes divine and holy judgement
their pics then will perish where they lie!
