The Secret Garden
You walk into a secret garden in the middle of a hidden alcove. The hawks are flying high in silent skies , they whisper stay a while. Atop the fence sweet morning glories climb towards the sun in a garden well watered, fresh to the eyes like morning dew. There is a bench waiting for you, atop the wooden planks is a single red rose waiting to be picked up. It has been sent to you by your guardian angel. Its message is deep, " you are loved beyond all measure" . Sitting comfortably on the bench you thank the angel that has brought you here. There are hundreds of flowers growing, blooming , reaching , scenting the place. A botanical haven of pure joy. Peppered carnations of red and white, orange marigolds of fired beauty, california poppies blowing in the wind, and button dainty flowers with lacy faces. Day lilies, cornflower blue beauties, all here to bless you. Little soft water droplets melt onto your head. It is blue water anointing you with faith and refresh. Angels are rejoicing at the thought that you are here in the garden
of hope and dreams. Allow yourself the pleasure of smiling, become whole again beneath the tutelage of faith, and like the red rose bloom, of your own accord.
