The Sea of Tranquility

As long as we have roamed Its always been there No water But you'll see it i fear The intrepid ape Who swings through the tree's As he looks up Not knowing what he see's A glowing sphere As seasons allow Starry night Obscured by clouds Do the days ebb Or the nights flow Cranial knowledge So? Hey! It's me the clever Ape I arched my back Looked to the Sky This glowing Orb I'll tell you why The Queen of tides Shores graced Shingle grinded Sands placed Her Bosom of light On Earth she shines Neanderthal Every things fine We stand tall now And we know much more Do our Scientists Go over the score Space Stations Will neighbour her Our Intelligence To her will slur We have been here For so few years What will we do to her I fear!!
