The Sea of Mystery
Oh what expanse that ocean wide
The sea of eternal time
Wanting waves to carry me
To a place on the other side
Just me to go just me alone
To walk that endless shore
Searching there for some unknown
Which dwells beyond that door
Footprints left there in the sand
They melt away with time
So very far, so far this land
Oh vision there sublime
Will I know this dream so real
This vision haunting me
Will its’ touch to me reveal
This distant destiny
