The Saddest Thing

An artichoke without a heart
is the saddest thing,
except, of course,
a hobby horse
without a spring.

Nice poem. No child should get a hobby horse when they're expecting a horse, like I was when small. As for the artichoke, I'll eat beets instead.

Thanks, Hilda. So, you really loved horses, eh. I know some other people who also really like them. I bet you used to draw picture of them?

Hi Beryl, haha, how did you know that I cannot sing? Even though I like music so much.
