The Rythem of You

I slip between the sheets 
gently not wishing to wake you.

Carefully I snuggle up beside you
nuzzeling into your neck 
where it is tender and warm.

I breathe in the aroma  
of your freshly bathed body
and the essence of you.

My hand traces your graceful 
yet sinuous body.

As I lay my head on your chest
I hear the steadiness of your
breathing and the constant
beating of your heart as you sleep.

With all of my senses now full of you
I am lulled to sleep with the rythem of you.

I just thought that what I wrote made a bigger story to what you wrote. I didn't even write it down to list as a poem. Yes you inspire me with some of your writings. I think more than likely that I could co-write easily with you as you are capeable of fueling my thoughts creatively. Huggs TLee
