The Road Ahead

The one thing in life that I did learn

is not to take the wrong turn

when you're in the wilderness it is easy to get lost

and your life it could cost

try to stick to the road straight ahead

and listen only to the words from God that is said

if you follow paths that others do

you'll end up feeling lost sad and blue

the road ahead is the only way to go

to find true happiness peace and joy that you never did know

stick to the road straight ahead with Jesus by your side and leave everything else behind

and his peace and love is what you will always find.
