The River Meets the Sea

From the deep soil
of mountains and hills
Flows down the rocks
to mould its path

So form the river
the source of life
Fresh and sweet its water is
Soothes the thirst of animals and humanity

Up and down it Flows
Caressing the tiny creatures
Makes musical sounds
So lovely and peaceful

Embracing the weeds and trees
of its banks
The sun radiates so beautifully
in the clear and transparent water

How wonderful when it
meets the sea
The salt water welcomes
the sweet water

No matter of their differences
They wave with lots of joy
to rest on the sandy beach
Their unity form the vast ocean

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
