The Richest Beggar

On the roadside, beneath the street lamp Sits a beggar and his hair are drenched in dirt. In the winter dusk , his worn out clothes Were not covering him completely. The dew started falling, and he started shivering, And the crowd is still passing , neglecting him, After some time, he started smiling I wondered, "what an irony ! A man in such a Bad condition, can even laugh at someone!" But that was not a teasing smirk or an arrogant smile. It was a self satisfactory smile, He took his 'RUMAAL' , opened its knot And took out a bread . But he didn't eat it , he sensed it. He was proud of his whole day's income He was just going to eat it, but a dog came to him , It was on three legs , a limb broken, Apparent greed was shining in its eyes for the bread , He laughed , and didn't hesitate a bit to give the bread away. He is still, lying there, with his empty stomach, But with his satisfied soul! "Oh lord ! No one is more richer than him today. His richness has made me a beggar"!
