The Rewinding of a Poem

Watch how a poem rewinds from the end to the beginning.
You're not losing your mind but you'll find me, a madman grinning!
One by one the words disappear never to return.
The verbs evaporate into the atmosphere with no concern.

With each sentence the ink slowly rolls back into the pen.
Don't cha dare blink because it will be over before it begins!
From the page I watch each letter completely vanish.
As the letters disengage the words look like Spanish!

Gone is the poems foundation and theme.
No you're not experiencing an hallucination nor dream.
My morbid creativity pops back into my mind.
The poetry in me flows back inside, totally confined!
