They hold the same philosophy today! They also believe that they are divinely destined to rule over the entire world! Until the Anti-Christ and the False Prophet come, no one man or one nation shall rule the world. The ancient civilizations of: Babylon, Media Persia, Greece, Roman and its ten toes.Have tried to rule over the known nations of their world. But those nations did not rule over the entire world. Russia wants to be a global power again just like the USSR. But Putin does not realize! It will only be a Middle eastern power and not a global one. Like wise the Muslim Cal-pate of Iran wants to also rule the world. Those hostile Muslim nations just like Russia and other Communist nations will perish on the Mountains of Israel. And only one sixth part of them will remain! Could the Red Dragon succeed where the others will fail? If any hostile nation can have a global influence it will be Red China! It has been said by scholars [of the twentieth century that the twenty-first century belongs to Red China] "The powers shift from east to west and than back to the east again. The time has come for it to shift back to the east! And China is that eastern nation." When I first heard it I believed it! But the worldly wise scholars left the God factor out of its equations! God is very active both in the affairs of men and also nations. He was present at the world's beginning and He will be there at the ending of its church age. And of course the seven year tribulation period! 11-10-21 According to the Bible when we see these things come to pass we are to rejoice for our redemption draws neigh! We are instructed to both pray and look upward and keep our focus on God rather than on mere mortal men and women! Does the word Dragon sound familiar? If not it really should because the great Dragon is what God refers to Satan, the devil as. Just as the original dragon is doomed so likewise is the Red Dragon. Does that mean that salvation is not available to them? Of course not but it is not easily accessible under their current anti-God anti-western leadership. Their leader refers to himself as a god and of course he does not want any competition from the real God! What happens to people if they claim to be gods? Real trouble!
