the reasons we cannot agree
We cannot agree
because we are coming from different places
diverse experiences
some of us are only children
others had six siblings
some had parents who disappeared or ran off
others had parents who are still hovering over them in their forties
some worked during high school
others have never held a job
different people
our upbringing was not the same
our traditions, cultures and rules are varied
different neighbors, different schools, different pets
or no pets at all
there is no way we can agree
identical twins had a different sibling
