The Reason I Write

Writing is inspiring...
Writing is transforming...
Writing does not hate or cause disruption...
Writing is not troublesome...
Writing is expressing rather than impressing...

The reason I write is for you and me...
To connect...
To build...
To encourage...
To respect...
To combine...
To reach out people everywhere...

I write to inform you of a thousand words...
'bout life and its grace; relationship and its worth...
I write not to compete or be identified...
I'm here to show writing a living sacrifice...
Though I'm not on top of the list...
Just a smile on your cheek for me is life changing...

Ang aking pagsulat... My writing...
Aking instrumento... My instrument...
To make the world a better place...

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

A deeply contemplative piece. Loved your write, kabayan. Writing is not just an action word for me. It has come to mean many things. Hope you'll get to post again. I'm relatively new here, but let me welcome you back!

Writing is sacred. One stroke is like a fire. It could burn a reader's perspective and beliefs if we write without taking things into consideration. Everyone is responsible of what we write. And to make it a masterpiece, we should always write from the heart - for the common good. Love, love, love! :-) - Den
