The Real Treasure

Friends are like jewels,
precious and rare.
They are linked to
heart with unseen threads.
Makes you smile even when far away.
Nothing can seperate them
whose souls are one.
Wounds unhealed by time
are mended by friends.
They can converse
without words.
They comforts you
with their presence.
Completes your life
with joy and grace.
They cares for you
until the very end.
Encourages you to soar
upto the sky and more.
Even if they are sundered
their exquisite memories remain intact.
But their absence shall leave
an empty spot in your soul.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
