The Real Thing

Every time I look in your eyes
I see lies and then our love dies
I wish I could find someone
Who loved me for who I am
Not anything else
Just for who I am
I'm finally stepping into the world
Thank you god for setting me free
Letting me fly away
Its a blessed new prayer
I don't blame you for doing this
Angels put me here
This is the real thing
What if you don't come back Why are you doing this
Its hard, we re together most days
I want to stay
But I'll always have you in my heart
I'm in the danger zone
Its meant to be
When I think about you
Your all I need
