The Rake of Nature

deadly hemlock's kiss
not on the breeze in her lips...
earthly wounds opened.

It's good to read your words again, Harry. This is quite a remarkable haiku. How sad it would be to have a loved one killed by hemlock's kiss. Love, Carolyn

wow, GREAT imagery, my friend. Thanks so much for visiting my two poems today. I have gotten behind for being so busy at school. Came home to discover Joe was working next door for a neighbor and had dug up the guys power lines by accident. Firetrucks and all kinds of mayhem on the street. DANG. I sure hope his liability covers all of it!!!
