The Rain On Your Roof

Do you miss the patter of the rain on a tin roof
When each sound held its own element of truth
And you were snugly tucked in
It was great when it would begin

Some things you remember are so special
That becomes part of your memory and mettle
Of a time when the world was so light
A place to visit when you choose it is right.
