The Rain Keeps On Pouring
When the day seems gloomy and nothing seems to work out right
And life, love and friendship seem so far off
When the rain beats violently against your window pane
And the storm seems as though it will never pass.
When your tears never dry and your cries are never heard
And love ones distance themselves
When the whole world is asleep and no-ones listening
And life refuses to throw you a rope an you feel as though you have lost all hope
Remember that Rome wasn't built in a day
And to aspire to one's goal one has to have faith
Hold onto that dream, believe in yourself
Through faith all things are possible.
