The Rain and the Voice
I can hear it calling through the rain,
Its calling my name.
I feel alone,
And chilled to the bone.
As the rain falls down,soaking my clothes.
Who is it that is calling my name?
Who is it that is to blame?
Every direction looks the same!
I scream for help but all I see is rain,
I know I must be going insane!
All I hear is that voice,
I quieted my screams,
I am lost,that is what it seems...
There is no other choice,
Then the rain ceases to cry,
I can now look up at the blue skies...
As the voice slowly fades away.
