the rain



the rain began as gentle pitter-patter
and soon became a torrent
I was worried for my new plants
thinking they could be swept away
but to my joy they are happy
raising their heads to drink the rain

No amount of watering can equal the amazing rain as it falls pitter-patter down upon plants lovingly planted. Now to watch your garden grow.

You never know! When we have plant babies we're alert to all weather possibilities. I could almost hear your vocal sounds of relief because I know them. In Florida, there are not only quick, raging rains but as you know hurricanes and its no small feat carrying all my plants inside before one hits. You're a good Mama, plants and kitties, right? We love ours.
