The Question

I look out at the white capped waves
Thinking of what my heart so craves.

To spend a day alone with you
That is what I most want to do!

To stroll along the boulevard,
Then dine on food most avant-garde

To picnic in an emerald glade
Sipping sparkling lemonade.

To sit and chat of love and life
Then asking you to be my wife.

What answer would you give to me
While I was still on bended knee?

You've created a lovely setting for a proposal.. Shane. Love the imagery of the emerald glade and lemonade. How could she refuse a man who plans such a romantic offer? I hope this proposal, if it was real, didn't end the way it did in the picture.
