Notes About The Poem

Written 24th August, 2026

The Puzzle

light cage up in the air,
freeing, a million birds wild ascending shadows
come falling down.
The rain is brightening now. The face is pale
the puzzle solved with an unexpected kiss,
freckled hands alit.
