The Push To Endure
It's doubly challenging
to put on a happy face,
let alone laugh
through times
of hardship and pain...
So raise a glass with me
in praise
to those intrepid ones
who do it day in, day out.
To those who push to endure
quotidian challenges,
and push past life's hindrances
without asking...
"Why me?"
Instead asking..."Why not me?"
