The Psalm 83 War has already just begun part three
The ancient background of both Edom and the Ismaelites were presented in
part two. Moab will be covered in part three. Where did Moab come from?
The Moabities are race that was conceived by incense. Both of his daughters
got their elderly father drunk with wine and each conceived one son by him.
Lot's elder daughter named her son Moab and he is the father of the
Moabities. The name Moab means "from my father," and he is the
founder of the Kingdom of Moab, the modern nation of Jordan,
which is frequent disagreement with the nation of Israel today, and
who will become an active participant of the Psalm 83 War.
Whereas his younger daughter's named her son, Ben-Amni and he is the
father of the Kingdom of Ammon today and the Amonities are also a race
race that was conceived by incense. The nation of Ammon is located east
of the Jordan river and is also part of the modern nation of Jordan...
Abram, was a Hebrew name, meaning 'exalted father, was instructed by GOD,
to leave behind all of his relatives in the land of UR of the Chaldean's (the
ancestors' of the Babylonians.) However, the founding Patriarch of the Hebrew
nation, Abram, disobeyed GOD when he brought his nephew Lot along. The
name Lot means 'veil' or 'hidden."
When the two angels from the LORD warned Lot to leave Sodom behind because
they were about to destroy it 'because the cry of their wickedness' was great before
the LORD GOD. Lot left with his two unmarried daughters and his wife. His wife,
was a Sodomite, and her heart was still in Sodom.
When she disobeyed the angels by 'turning back' she became a pillar of salt.
Lot and his two surviving daughters fled to a small mountain. His daughters
believed the whole earth was destroyed and the three of them were the only
remaining survivors left.
The elder daughter wanted to preserve their elder's father Lot's linage cause
there were no men left alive to marry them. Thus the elder daughter got her
father drunk with wine on one night and the younger daughter got him drunk
on the second night.
Ruth came from the land of Moab and returned to the land of Judah with her
mother-in law- Naomi. And she married her kinsman redeemer, Boaz, who's
son was Obed, whose son was Jessie, whose youngest of seven sons, his
sheppard David. He became King of Israel from the City of Jerusalem!
God promised King David, the Messiah would be a descendant of his house!
