The Priest and the Man

Ashes from ashes
The eternal tree arises.
With
Roots deeply rooted,
In the dust of dusts.
In which our sins gather.

“O Priest, o priest what do these words in my visions mean” the man says.
The priest replies “My son, my son I do not know,
For I too have these visions, but that tree you see is etched on my chest”.

A scary image. I'd have wished a symbol of goodness to be softer. Light & Love
