The Preacher

His voice steady and unwavering, his words
sure...penetrating the mind of sinner and Christian
alike...I sat transfixed
Never had I heard ‘The Word’ delivered with such force.
Either he was ‘mad’ or driven

“Hell is a real place”! Weeping! Wailing! And Gnashing
of teeth!....forever!” (I repulsed)
“Heaven....my home....with Jesus....mansions, streets of
gold, the ‘Tree of Life’...forever!”, he cried.

“Forever! Forever! Forever!”

Thank God for the preacher...driven by ‘Love’
Thank God for ‘His Word’ spoken in truth....
Thank God for ‘Jesus’....’Savior of the world’.
I believe.....and my sins are forgiven
I must proclaim Him!

I ran to the streets......
