The Powers To Be

The hate you gave,
Made me brave,
The games you play,
Made my day.
The lies you tell me,
Makes me trust nobody.
The problems you bring,
Makes the devil sing,
But it cannot break an angel's wings.
The evil in your heart,
Made me strong from the start.
The powers to be is so wicked;
The sins you inflicted made society addicted.
The pain you cause,
Makes the people break laws;
You talk about changes,
But the war doesn't pause.
Free the minds you are controlling,
Free the souls you have stolen,
And put back the pieces of hearts you have broken;
The truth will be spoken,
The true freedom is coming.
