The Potter's Wheel
Fill me with loving strength
cleanse me with understanding,
let me see with your eyes
and feel the love of your soul
Tell me how I can gain your wisdom
for living a better-purposed life,
give me the knowledge of your words
so kindness is always on my lips
Ever-knowing, ever-seeing in you
is how I desire to live,
let me through the door of life
your door that holds the key
Unclutter my mind of waste
wash away my filth of living,
I am and will always be
your lump of clay to mold.
