The Poisonous Parrot

I was walking by some lilac trees chanced upon a brightly coloured bird a parrot it was, feathered purple and green it flew at me and bit my head I ducked and hit and spun the parrot screamed a word over and over again it's claws were in my hair it's beak pecked at my brow Loser, Loser, cawed the fowl laughing at my plight I ran fast away down the path but couldn't get myself free I finally grabbed the purple fiend and it vanished without a trace
