Don't sit in a haystack or you'll find the needle.i like the complementary words to an old adage. Don't you know who first coined this motto?

Good advice Hilda, I'll stick to a stack of poems. I think a husband of a seamstress probably coined the term, but he tried anyways.

Delightful David. I think I will just call you that as your name from here on in.)) Do you know how many poems Shakespeare wrote! Let me know. I do know ….this idoes not include his plays of course. When I firstt came here I wrote 10 a day for a number of years. No more of that, i’ve gotten off of my ego trip. I thought I was hot stuff. I had to learn the hard way. And realize I had a family to be with and friends ….not here all day. Granny Pangie

Ten poems a day, wow, just hearing that is tiring. Thanks for commenting. No matter how many we write, if they're decent enough they're more palatable than pieces of hay.
