The poem I’m pregnant with -3
And many still without count
That I often see in dreams
In flesh and blood
And every inch a raging beauty,
And then…
The dawn dawns,
The birds sing their wordless songs
Which, no less enchanting I find
Than those with all the dancing words
That I try to give birth to
All so often in vain.
