The Plan

If you find yourself singing, right out loud,
Without caring that you’re in a crowd.
Or, looking in a mirror, you see
You have been overcome with glee
You don’t seem to be in a hurry,
You deal with delays without any fury
Drivers rushing all about,
Even these don’t make you shout.
You want to talk with your friends,
For past troubles, you make amends,
When not with your current mate,
All you can think of is your next date.
If blue skies are always above,
Chances are, you are in Love!
Now, trust me, you don’t have to panic,
Though guys in Love can act quite manic!
If you give it half a chance,
You will love what we call Romance!
If you find the feeling nice,
Let me offer this advice:
Don’t worry if it will last forever,
Too much worry will quickly sever,
You from your new flame,
She will never take your name.
Instead, do everything you can
To be the World’s most attentive man!
Give her flowers, chocolates too,
Do the things she likes to do.
Before long, she will see,
That you and she were meant to be!
Soon, she cannot envision,
Life without you, she will make The Decision,
To let your occupy her Heart,
Just for doing the right thing from the start.
If you follow this simple plan,
You will be the World’s most happy man!
